Our team is comprised of our managing broker John W. Danyliw,  director of sales / broker associate Steven Danyliw, and broker associate Tim O’Brien.

Steve is a past Director for the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® and REALTOR® of the year. Tim O’Brien is a past Director of the Aurora Association of REALTORS®.

Steven D. Danyliw, PSA

Steve Danyliw, PSA has been in the real estate industry for 20 years as Director of Sales / Associate Broker / Partner with the firm Danyliw & Associates in Littleton, Colorado.

In addition to being a full-time REALTOR®, Steve is an experienced real estate photographer & videographer. Steve continues to emphasize the use and development of technology to produce top results. In 2005, Steve CO-founded a national real estate franchise. In 2009, Steve was elected to his second three-year term serving on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS® and the Denver Area MLS Rules & Regulations Committee. In 2008, Steve began a three-year term serving on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. In 2010, Steve was awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Jefferson County Association of REALTORS®. In 2018, Steve was honored as REALTOR® of the year by the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®.

In 2012 Steve served as a director and state director for the newly formed Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (the largest local association in the state of Colorado). In 2014 Steve helped create the DMAR’s first Market Trends Report and serves as chair of the committee that produces these reports today.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Steve had a successful career in design, engineering, and management of structural components for residential and commercial construction. Additionally, Steve coached football and wrestling at Columbine & Regis High Schools.

The focus today as it was, in the beginning, is to assist buyers and sellers through the home buying experience.

Tim has been successfully selling Real Estate in Colorado since 2002. Prior to joining Danyliw Associates, he sold semi custom homes with Genesee Homes, New homes with US Homes, Lennar & Beazer Homes.

He is currently a member of the South Metro Denver Realtors® Association (SMDRA), Colorado Association of Realtors® (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). I have earned the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designations as well as certified REOS (Real Estate Owned Specialist) CMRS (Certified Military Residential Specialist).

He is currently working on the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) along with my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. His commitment to the Real Estate industry is evident by his participation as Vice-Chair for the Government Affairs Committee for the Aurora Association of Realtors® (AAR); sat on the (BRC) Builder Realty Council and also served on the (AAR) Board of Directors.
As a homeowner he has served 12 years on the HOA board of directors as well as the past President of Home Owners Association Board of Directors.
