I purchased two investment homes new in Green Valley Ranch in January 2001 and August 2002 directly from Oakwood Homes. At that time, I worked as the Director of Marketing for Oakwood Homes and lived in Denver. In November 2010, I moved to Florida and continued to own these houses as rental properties and worked with two different property management companies.
The later part of 2013, I listed these properties with John Danyliw. I found that John Danyliw was not only knowledgeable and professional but went way beyond anything that I had ever experienced working with hundreds of Realtors in my 30-year work history and my personal purchase of numerous homes over the same period.
He established relationships with my tenants who would listen only to him. He constantly kept me informed and in the loop with email and telephone calls. He worked through complex issues including tenant leases which would follow the sale if kept in place. If a house needed batteries for smoke detectors or a garage door opener, he personally purchased those items and put them in the house. He personally met with subcontractors on-site in order to get them into the homes of difficult tenants and supervise the work to be done as specified on the Inspection Report.
He, not only sold both houses in a timely and efficient manner, but then he worked with the title and closing companies. I never had to leave Florida and go to Denver. I know, in my heart, that had I listed with anyone else except John Danyliw, these closings would not have happened. I would not hesitate to recommend John Danyliw to the most demanding buyers or sellers. I will always be grateful to him for his commitment and dedication to provide outstanding service to his customers.
John and Steve are wonderful to work with and they make such a great team!
